ACT LIKE A TEACHER
When novice teachers enter the classroom, they are often unsure of what to expect. At the end of the day they don’t look like teachers and they don’t know how to act like teachers.
Our program seeks to imbue students with the confidence to stand in front of a group, to present materials effectively and to develop the flexibility to deal with the unexpected.
We offer a variety of workshops that train participants to MOVE like a teacher (effective use of body language, movement and spatial awareness), SPEAK like a teacher (voice control, quality and projection) and to THINK like a teacher (improvise and manage classroom behaviors). In essence, we train participants to: ACT LIKE A TEACHER!
